Competition 1 - Two Winners

• The overall winner of the Marshalls World of Sport pool at the end of the Super Rugby 2012 competition automatically wins a seat on the trip!
• Each week the winner of the yellow cap (most points for each round of games) will go into the draw at the end of the competition to select our second lucky winner!
• If the overall winner also won a yellow cap during the competition, their name will be removed from the draw for the second winner. This name will not be replaced by the person who came second that week, but rather the draw will be reduced to just the remaining yellow cap winners.
• Each week’s yellow cap winner is selected automatically by SuperBru and the person with the yellow cap next to their name for that week will go into the draw.
• A person is only allowed to enter the Marshalls World of Sport SuperBru pool once. If it is suspected that a person has more than one entry in the pool, Marshalls World of Sport reserves the right to disqualify all entries by this person.
• To be eligible to participate you must place bets on your MWOS account totaling at least R100 by 4 August 2012.

Competition 2 - One Winner
Football Betting Rules

• All bets placed on account from 1 January 2012 - 31 May 2012 on any football events will qualify to be entered into the draw.
• Bets can be taken on the internet, via the call centre, on mobile phone or in any of our physical branches, as long as the bet is placed on the client's account.
• For multiple bets, all events in the multiple must be football in order to qualify for the draw.
• Each bet will be placed into the draw, therefore the more bets one takes, the more entries they have in the draw.
• Minimum bet stake to qualify for the draw is R10.
• At the discretion of Marshalls World of Sport, if a bet is deemed to be split, ie: many bets from one client on the same result, these bets will be removed from the draw.
• Draw to take place on 5 June 2012. Winner will be contacted telephonically.

Competition 3 – One Winner
Durban July 2012 Rules

• All single bets placed on Marshalls World of Sport accounts on the running of the 2012 Durban July main race, will qualify to be entered into the draw.
• Multiple bets will not qualify to be entered into the draw.
• At the discretion of Marshalls World of Sport, if a bet is deemed to be split, ie: many bets from one client on the same result, these bets will be removed from the draw.
• Draw to take place on 9 July 2012. Winner will be contacted telephonically.

Qualification Criteria

To be eligible to participate you must:

• Be aged 18 years or older.
• Be an account holder with Marshalls World of Sport.
• Place bets on your account totaling at least R100 by 4 August 2012.
• Be able to attend the event listed as the prize (leaving Friday 23rd November, returning Tuesday 27th November).
• Be willing to take part in any reasonable publicity requests if you win.
• Not be an employee of Marshalls World of Sport.

The Prize

• Prizes are non-transferable and non-redeemable for cash.
• If a customer is unable to take up the prize for whatever reason, an alternative winner will be chosen by doing a redraw. If there are no entrants which satisfy all the Qualification Criteria specified above, reserves the right not to award a prize.
• By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to their name being published on the www.worldofsport.co.za website and to carry out any reasonable publicity requests of Marshalls World of Sport in connection with the winning of the prize.

General Rules

• Marshalls World of Sport has the right to cancel or withdraw this prize draw if it is prevented from awarding the Prize due to events beyond its reasonable control (for example, for match ticket prizes, that match being cancelled, or other parties fail to provide tickets in breach of contract). \
• The list of potential winners will be selected by an independent party. Marshalls World of Sport is the sole party responsible for enforcing the rules of this competition, and its decisions are final.
• By entering this competition entrants agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of these rules.
